Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide — no matter where you are, we've got you covered.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for orders in the USA, EU, and UK. For all other countries, shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your location:
- USA: 2–5 business days
- UK: 2–3 business days
- Central Europe: 1–3 business days
- Rest of Europe: 3-8 business days
- Ireland: 5-15 business days
- EFTA States: 5-15 business days
- Canada: 2-5 business days
- Australia: 3-6 business days
- Rest of the World: 10-30 business days
All orders are printed and dispatched within 1-2 business days before shipping.
Can I track my order?
Yes, You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns?
No — since this is a print-on-demand model we do not own a warehouse or store items ourselves so we are unable to receive returns.
What if my item is defective or wrong?
Send us a short video of the issue along with your order number within 14 days of delivery. We'll offer you a full refund.
EU customers — 14-day right of withdrawal
In compliance with EU law, residents of the European Union have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, the customer is entirely responsible for covering 100% of the cost for secure, tracked return shipping to our office in Croatia. You must provide a valid international tracking number within 14 days of your notice. Un-tracked, regular mail packages will be rejected. Items must arrive completely unworn, unwashed, and in factory-sealed condition. Because international tracked shipping across the EU to Croatia frequently costs €15 to €25, you will lose money on the return. We strongly urge you to use our sizing chart instead.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders go into production quickly, so reach out immediately if you need to make a change. We'll do our best but can't guarantee changes after production starts.
