Return & Refund Policy

All Social Hazard Co. products are made to order through print-on-demand. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any reason other than a manufacturing defect or fulfillment error.

Please review the size guide carefully before placing your order.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items If your item arrives defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, contact us at support@socialhazardco.com within 30 days of delivery. To be considered for a replacement or refund, you must provide your order number and a short video clearly showing the defect or issue. Claims submitted without both will not be processed. All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and we reserve the right to request additional information. Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Change of Mind We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or incorrect size ordered. Please double-check sizing before purchase.

EU Right of withdrawal
If you are ordering as a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party you've indicated) receive the goods.
To exercise this right, contact us at support@socialhazardco with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw (you may use the model withdrawal form or simply email us).
You do not need to send the item back to us. Once we receive your withdrawal request, we will refund the full amount paid, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days, using your original payment method.
This right does not apply to goods that have been personalized to your specifications.

Refunds Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days of approval. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the amount.
